Are your products compatible with standard pipes?
Yes, our faucets and showers fit standard pipe connections commonly found in most homes (1/2-inch or 3/4-inch pipes). Please confirm your pipe size before paying for your order.
What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 5-year warranty on all faucets and showers, covering manufacturing defects (e.g. leaks, surface peeling). The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or wear and tear.
How to claim a warranty?
Please contact us with your order number, a photo of the problem, and a description of the problem. Our team will review your claim and arrange a repair or replacement.
