    Delivery Time
    Standard Delivery: Most products will be shipped from our warehouse within 2-3 business days after order confirmation and payment. The delivery time is 7-15 business days (remote areas may require an additional 1-2 days).

    Delivery Process
    Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email within 1 hour after successful payment, including order details and estimated shipping time.
    Warehouse Preparation: Our warehouse team will complete product inspection, packaging, and labeling within the promised time.
    Logistics Tracking: Once the package is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can track the real-time status of your package through our official website or the logistics provider’s website.
    Signing Notes: When receiving the goods, please open the package to check if the product is intact and all accessories are complete. If damage or missing items are found, do not sign for the package and contact our customer service team immediately.

    Important Notes
    Large bathroom products require scheduled delivery. After shipment, the logistics provider will contact you to arrange a specific delivery date and time slot.
    If delivery fails due to personal reasons (such as no one available to receive the goods, incorrect address, inability to access the delivery area, etc.), a second delivery fee may be incurred, which will be borne by you.
    Delivery times may be delayed during legal holidays (such as Christmas, Independence Day, etc.).

    Q: How to change the delivery address?
    A: Before the order is shipped, you can apply to change the address through “My Account – Order Management” or contact customer service for assistance. The address cannot be changed after the order is shipped; please understand.

    Q: What if the product is damaged during delivery?
    A: If you find the product is damaged when signing for it, please refuse to sign immediately and send photos of the damage to our customer service email: jinnaiyatap@gmail.com. We will arrange for a free replacement or refund for you.

    Q: The package has not been received beyond the estimated delivery time?
    A: Please first check the latest logistics status using the tracking number. If it shows an abnormality or exceeds the estimated time by more than 7 days, please contact customer service. We will immediately verify with the logistics provider and follow up for you.
