Welcome to purchase our bathroom products. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the purchase of bathroom products. Please read them carefully before placing an order. Your submission of an order will be deemed acceptance of these Terms.
1. Order Process
You may place an order through our official website. The order shall include necessary information such as product name, model, quantity, delivery address, and contact details.

If the order information is complete and the product is in stock, we will send you an order confirmation email, and the order will be formally established at this time. If the order information is incomplete or the product is out of stock, we will contact you promptly to negotiate a solution.
Once the order is confirmed, you shall not cancel the order arbitrarily. If you need to cancel due to special circumstances, you must contact us before the product is shipped.
2. Payment Methods

3. Delivery and Transportation
We will deliver the products to the delivery address confirmed in the order. If you need to change the delivery address, you must contact us before the product is shipped. Any additional costs arising therefrom shall be borne by you.
The delivery time of the products will be determined based on factors such as your location and product stock status. We will estimate the delivery time for you when confirming the order. If delivery is delayed due to force majeure, traffic congestion, or other reasons, we will notify you promptly but shall not be liable for any losses arising therefrom.
When you receive the products, you shall check on the spot whether the quantity, model, appearance, etc., of the products are consistent with the order. 4. Product Quality and Warranty

During the warranty period, if the product has quality problems caused by non-human factors, we will provide you with free repair or replacement services; if the damage is caused by human factors, we will provide paid repair services.
The following situations are not covered by the warranty: (1) Products beyond the warranty period; (2) Damage caused by improper use, poor maintenance, self-disassembly or modification, etc.; (3) Damage caused by force majeure (such as earthquakes, fires, floods, etc.); (4) Products without product quality certificates, warranty cards, or valid purchase vouchers.
5. Return and Exchange Policy
If the product you receive has quality problems or is inconsistent with the order, you may apply for a return or exchange within [2] working days after receiving the product. After our verification and confirmation, we will handle the return or exchange procedures for you.

6. Disclaimer
If we are unable to perform these Terms due to force majeure (such as earthquakes, fires, floods, wars, etc.), we will notify you promptly, provide proof within a reasonable period, and partially or fully exempt ourselves from liability based on the impact of the force majeure, while making every effort to reduce losses.
Losses caused by inaccurate, incomplete information provided by you or failure to notify us of changes in a timely manner shall be borne by you.
